Unhappy with Service
I recently received a Thomas Sabo bracelet for my 21st birthday that was not to my taste therefore I went back to exchange the gift for a similar bracelet in a different colour. I asked to be shown some bracelets and pendants and was told to 'look in the window' by a very unhelpful and rude older gentleman - I was happy to look in the window however most items were not priced. When discussing what I could swap the bracelet for I was met with a very bad attitude and the gentleman stated 'it was not his fault' i didnt like my present. This company are just after money they are not bothered about customer satisfaction. The fact is the gift had been paid for they had the money and were not interested in helping me find anything else. Thomas Sabo jewellery is lovely however can be bought in many shops in Preston town centre or online & I would not recommend this shop to anyone purely because of the rudeness and bad attitude of the manager.
