I offer Counselling and Life Coaching. I support people who are facing difficulties in their lives-face to face, or by telephone. I will assist you to find a solution to your problems, If you have pain, I will help you to ease your suffering and find a way forward.

If you are stuck, lacking in direction or purpose, I will help you to re-assess your life and create a balanced, authentic, passionate & fulfilling life and reach your true potential.

I also, offer creative therapy and NLP. I have a wide range of experience and am a member of BACP. In addition, I am a Counsellor for a non-profit Organisation which assists survivors of Sexual Abuse/Rape, their families and friends.
