Very good at selling products and beating prices to get your money, however very poor when products go wrong. My severly disabled husband purchased a powerchair which, after 2 months of use would not charge. After 2 weeks the chair is still not working. They have offered to send another battery but we are still waiting. surely under the sale of goods act they should have replaced the complete chair immediately with no charge to the customer. I am disgusted with the service

I initially contacted this company about buying myself a replacement powered wheelchair. friendly, helpful and informative staff! They have beaten the best price I'd been offered from another company, on the wheelchair model I wanted. through the conversation with the director, I also got discussing the fact that I work for a Shopmobility Scheme in Yorkshire, and that, as a registered charity, we were looking for a) A reliable and competitively priced supplier for the scootas we loan out to the public, via our "shopmob" facility and b) the supply of certain adaptations to some of the scootas we have for hire. Well! Success on all three counts! I've sorted out getting MY new wheelchair. The charity I work for has been promised a more competitive price for the supply of our scootas, AND we have sourced, thanks to this company, the adaptations we need for the scootas. So, this company has not only been of help to me, it's helped the charity I work for, too. I'm really happy!
