Friendly and helpful staff

Linda's Crat Centre is a small outlet at Lane Ends in Preston, Lancs. The staff are lovely, very helpful and informative and where they cannot supply a particular item, will pass on details of some other shop or internet site that does. The only thing that stops me from making this rating a 'recommend' or 'excellent' is that there is a fairly limited range of suppliers - it is mainly Sirdar as it says on the tin, but now that so many new and exciting yarns are on the market, I wonder if it should consider diversifying?
