I had my kitchen fitted 5 years ago, in 2009 some of the doors started to fail I phoned K F, since then I have phoned numerous times without joy! It is now October 2011, I am no further. They are a disgrace.
I would like to reply to the previous reviews which are no longer relevant as they were from old management and bad fitters which no longer work for us.
Had a kitchen fitted by these people in 2007. The designer was rubbish and the fitter was a joke. We had numerous problems throughout. Four years later, we are still having problems and cannot get anyone to sort it out, so the after sales is non existant. Sound advice, use a different firm or you WILL be very very sorry.
Oh how i wished i had read some of these reviews before i parted with my cash , The most unproffesional shower of people, i have ever come across in a retail trade.Starting with the very rude owner a large italian man Mr Labatino ,, I cannot even start to advise of the catalouge of errors , we have encountered, My advise to any unsuspecting customers, is please look elsewhere, and save yourselves any unnecesary stress
I just got my kitchen before Christmas and I am very happy with the design and service from Kitchen Flair. Yes there were a couple of issues throughout the process but nothing that wasn't dealt with at the time. I would rather use an independant company than a big store that don't really care!!
We had a kitchen designed and fitted nearly three years ago, still looking good. Our problem was mainly with the contracted tiler they supplied, tile look ok but not properly finished( small tile missed out above window, but not easily visible) and caused damage to worktops and cooker so needed all taking out and replacing - extra stress and inconvenience! I do not know if the problems we had with the white goods fitted was as a result of choosing from more reasonably priced items, but had problem with washing machine - had to be changed, and our oven was changed and then the elament kept going (replaced twice) bought a new oven after just two years when developed 3rd fault! Maybe we were just unlucky. Kitchen flair were polite to deal with and their best asset is the designer, Nicola. Great customer relations, fantastic designer, and a generally lovely girl. A credit to the company. I know all companies no matter how good have bad experiences for some customers, but when you are the 'one' bad customer it is very upsetting. I hope anyone with good experiences will also give their comments for a balanced review.
I did the design for the above Kitchen and yes it is superb , unique and made to measure ... therefore it would be almost impossible to "use" me as a design service ... Thanks Paul ... but i would like to add to the comments above that after nearly 20 years of business, aproximately 200 - 250 rooms a year are furnished by Kitchen Flair ..and 2 unhappy customers ...... speaks for it self
I had my kitchen fitted 4 years ago and it is starting to fall to bits now. Can't get kitchen flair to come out and put it right. They dont even return your calls. My advise if you are looking for a new kitchen would be to look somewhere esle!
I used this business on the recommendation of a family member. The design process was superb and the kitchen now looks great, but that is the only positive. I continually had to chase them for a start date, finally giving me a weeks notice. The fitters did an ok job but managed to remove my outside tap - which still hasn't been fixed. The tiler had to come back twice then I just got another person to do it. Overall I would recommend that you use the design and get another person to make the kitchen! I will not deal with this company again, the amount of chasing I had to do for every step of the way was incredible, and don't believe them if they say they'll call back later!
