  Great day soured by manager This was the third time we have used this company for a day cruise. Previous trips fine- great days out. This time for some reason the manager seemed to have got out of the wrong side of bed! Unfortunately my connecting train to Chorley left 4 min early which mint I had to drive to the marina and park on the owner’s car-park. The other 8 passengers arrived (by taxi). I enquired if my car could be parked overnight for collection the following morning. (A reasonable request given that I was a customer and we were all proposing to have drinks during the day and approx 25 spaces available!). A blunt NO was the answer that came back, 'customers may want to use the Car-park the following day'!! Sorry thought I was a customer!! Surprised by this response I and not being local I enquired as to where I could park within the vicinity- ''don’t know'' was the blunt answer that came back!! The owner of a passing boat also was also rudely shouted at and told to slow down to a snails pace! (The boat wasn't speeding!) and it was embarrassing for all in the vicinity. I moved the car- parked on a local street and had a pleasant day with my colleagues. I found the manager was most un-helpful and indifferent to my/our plight (oh- we had already paid!) I collected my car the next day and visited the car-park (10.00am) 22 spaces available! Need I say more? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE deserves publicising!
