Me and my sister ordered four outfits in total for a wedding, altogether costing £920.00. Our collection date was two weeks before the wedding. My sisters outfits were completely wrong to how she'd ordered them. They refused to knock any money off for the two outfits so we could get it altered. The woman was very unfair and doesn't know anything about customer service. Also, I'd been to the shop once before, a few months ago and was told one of the dresses was £180, when I went back to order them, she told me it was £230. None of the dresses are labled with a price because she tells you a price after shes figured how much you want it. All outfits are gorgeous, but the level of service and customer care is appalling considering how much money we'd spent in this shop on just four outfits.
