    Rented twice with Fox & Co in Preston as very easy to deal with and I found they had lowest fees in Preston. No renewal fee and only £65.00 check out fee for inventory.

  • 1 good property portfolio poor tenant relations

    No problems with the property but be warned when you move out the charge you an admin fee to get your bond back and charges of around £40 pounds for dust on skirting boards and mirrors (no joke) despite leaving a few blinds that cost me over £50. Poor service would not use them again.
